Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition by selling web-based SaaS solutions to enterprise customers in the logistics or supply chain sector
  • Identify, approach, and develop relationships with key decision-makers to open new sales opportunities
  • Use market insights and trends to tailor consultative sales strategies
  • Collaborate with international colleagues across teams to achieve ambitious growth targets
  • Support clients along their digital transformation journey with a solution-oriented mindset

Your Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales of complex software or logistics solutions
  • Proven track record as a "hunter" in acquiring new clients and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Italian and/or Spanish, as well as English; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience working with FMCG or retail clients is an asset, but not essential
