Contract Manager (80-100%)
Your contribution
As Contract Manager, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient, risk-aware, and business-focused legal operations across all Tecan affiliates. Reporting to the Director of Legal Affairs, you will::
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts for our global affiliates, including confidentiality agreements, terms & conditions, procurement, consultancy, co-marketing, beta testing, and key opinion leader agreements
- Provide general legal support to the business as needed
- Deliver training to employees on legal topics
- Collaborate with colleagues in Legal Affairs and business stakeholders worldwide to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
Your background

- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Initial experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in English and German, or a strong motivation to develop these skills
- Understanding of international contracts and cross-border legal challenges.
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
- A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset and confidence to support stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and cultures
