Manager Sales Operations IVD & LS Partnering (80- 100%)

Your contribution

As Manager Sales Operations IVD & LS Partnering you will be responsible for post-contract sales operations by compiling and analyzing sales reports, coordinating pricing and logistics, and ensuring accurate data management in SAP and CRM systems. It also provides user training, troubleshooting, and collaborates with internal teams to maintain efficient sales processes and reporting.

You will:

  • Compile, analyze, and report sales data, budgets, and forecasts using SAP and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate post-contract sales operations, including price adjustments, quote creation, and logistics review.
  • Support and train users on SAP and CRM tools, ensuring accurate data management and troubleshooting issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain efficient sales processes and participate in system enhancement projects.
  • Act as a first-line helpdesk for CRM users and manage communication channels for sales operations.
  • Monitor and verify sales allocations and contract implementation, initiating corrective actions as needed.
  • Participate in commercial calls and meetings with customers, supporting the sales team on various commercial topics.

Your background

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales analytics or sales operations, actively using CRM and SAP business applications.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (including formulas, macros, and programming) and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience working in international environments and as a project team member is an asset.
  • Excellent English required; German and other languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, process orientation, customer focus, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and interact effectively with senior leaders.
