(Senior) Manager Integrated Media and Content (80-100%)

Your contribution
In this challenging and important role, you will be the single point of accountability for all paid digital media, earned media relations, and content marketing worldwide. You will convert brand and product narratives into omnichannel programs that generate measurable pipeline, while governing a global content ecosystem and driving continual performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- Own global search, social, programmatic, and display strategy, budgets, execution, and optimization loops
- Implement multi-touch attribution and conversion rate optimization experiments to shorten the path from click to SQL
- Translate corporate and product stories into go-to-market media plans (paid/earned) across divisions and regions
- Serve as a partner for product launch media campaigns
- Maintain dashboards on spend, CPL, ROAS, and content engagement; recommend iteration sprints
- Standardize asset taxonomy, workflows, and vendor SLAs to scale best practice across time zones
- Manage global media/digital agency and 3rd party media relationships
Your background
We’re not just looking for hard skills: We’re looking for people who bring their passion and talent to work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Marketing, or Communications or comparable
- 5-7 years of experience in communications and digital performance media, with proven B2B lead-gen successes
- 3-5 years of agency management or agency work desired
- Hands-on or supervisory knowledge of Google Ads and major paid social media ecosystems ( LinkedIn Marketing, Meta and others)
- Experience with Hubspot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, certifications is a nice to have
- Knowledge of B2B, scientific audience and scientific media scenarios
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Ability to collaborate across different cultures and time zones
- Proven management skills
- Fluent English
