For our estimated client, an insutrial international company, we are looking for the following profile.
Purpose of the Position
The position uses analytical skills and a data driven approach to address business relevant decisions and provide insights into the organization and its employees, working closely with HR Business Partners, Finance Department and Business to support decisions and drive actions aimed at implementing our strategy and goals
Responsibilities will include the full personnel costs planning and controlling ownership for the whole Bally Group in term of Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow nevertheless the ad-hoc management reporting and financial/non-financial analysis.
The HR cost controller will oversee and take the ownership for all HR related reporting, operation and IT implementation such as performance appraisal process, FTEs monthly actual reporting and ORG-Chart production.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Global personnel costs planning and controlling:
· Set-up and conduct workforce analytics for HQ and for the countries (actuals, forecasts, budget) as well as provide - with the IT systems support - relevant analysis, insights and key data;
· Deliver punctual and precise labor cost analysis;
· Managing the HR monthly closure process, reporting and variances analysis
· Monthly Personnel costs Rolling Forecast update
· Consolidate the monthly actual FTEs reporting and Group Org Chart Production
· Elaborate the monthly Cash-Flow Forecast with reference to Personnel Costs
· Assure the correct month/year end accounting procedures (Holidays Accrual, etc..)
· Coordinate and centrally manage the Global HR IS (Team System) for HR processes
· Coordinate the implementation/Roll-out of several new integrate HR Systems (eg. Time registration, Travel Management, etc..)
· Coordinate the implementation of Tableau to manage the HR Analytics activities

- Develop key financial and non-financials metrics that support and monitor the Group’s strategic direction
- Ensure effective and efficient financial analysis and planning, and providing the necessary information to HQ HR Business Partner, HQ Finance Dept. and Regional Senior Management
- Provide support to compile financial statements and maintain the relationship with external auditors.
· Coordinate and centrally manage the Global HR IS (Team System) for HR processes
· Coordinate the implementation/Roll-out of several new integrate HR Systems (eg. Time registration, Travel Management, etc..)
· Coordinate the implementation of Tableau to manage the HR Analytics activities
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business Administration, or related discipline is preferred
· At least 5 years of controlling experience in a multinational environment (direct experience in Personnel cost controlling will be a plus)
· Ability to work both projects and deadlines oriented and to think strategically.
· Familiar with budgeting, metric tracking, reporting and feedback processes.
· Strong IT skills and attitude. Proficiency with Microsoft Office environment. Knowledge of SAP BPC, Teamsystem suite and org-plus will be plus
· Highly proficient in spoken and written English
