Broadcast Engineer — Focus on SMPTE ST 2110 & SDN (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Design, planning, and deployment of broadcast infrastructures based on SMPTE ST 2110
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Nevion VideoIPath environments
• Technical consulting for customers during the transition from SDI to ST 2110 and SDN
• Conducting product training, especially on VideoIPath
• Customer support and services in the aforementioned technical environment
• Documentation of projects and creation and presentation of technical reports

What you should bring

• Training and/or professional experience in the field of broadcast technology, radio, or television
• Good knowledge and ideally practical experience with SMPTE ST 2110, AES67, NMOS, PTP, real-time network infrastructures, and SDN
• Knowledge of classic TV production and contribution technology
• Confident use of the Linux command line
• Experience in project work
• Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility, and reliability
• Very good German and English skills
