Intern / Working Student Learning Content Creation / Training Development in Human Resources
Location: Maisach
Working student: Flexible working hours planned around your studies, with additional flexibility during exam periods.
Internship: Full‑time internship (at least 3 months, ideally longer)

- Practical experience in the field of Learning & Development / HR Training on real projects
- Practical insights into the field of Training Development on real projects
- Use of e-learning authoring tools and work with a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Insights into digital learning formats and an AI-based learning tool
- Close collaboration with an experienced team and regular feedback
Your responsibilities include:
- Support the team in developing training solutions across different formats (digital/hybrid/live)
- Contribute to learning content creation (storyboards, visuals, interactive elements, audio and video editing)
- Assist with building, updating, and testing elearning content using standard authoring tools
- Review and test learning modules for usability and accuracy
- Assist with research and content preparation in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Support in maintenance and administration of Learning Management System (LMS).
- Assist with organisational and administrative tasks
- Support the launch of an AI-based learning tool
- Support the team with their day-to-day tasks
What you bring to us:
- You are currently studying media design, media & communication, human resource management, education, communication, business administration or a related field
- Have a passion for digital learning and conceptual work
- Are familiar with at least one e‑learning authoring tool — or excited to learn
- Have basic skills in video/image editing – or eager to learn
- Communicate clearly and enjoy both independent and collaborative work
- Are detail‑oriented
