Provide direct support in identifying, evaluating and monitoring candidates, helping to improve the candidate´s experience and the efficiency of the process: 

• Publish and update job offers on different portals and internal channels
• Screen CVs and pre-select candidates according to established requirements
• Conduct inital telephone or virtual interviews
• Coordinate interviews with managers and monitor the process with the departments involved
• Manage and update the candidate database
• Support in the preparaton of selecton reports and proposals for improvement
• Contnuous communicaton with candidates to ensure a positve experience throughout the process
• Collaboraton with the team on employer branding initatves related to talent atracton
• Active search for candidates on platorms such as LinkedIn

• Currently pursuing a degree/master in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administraton, Sociology, Labor Relatons, or related fields.
• Eligible for curricular or extracurricular internships.
• C1 English level (written and spoken).
• Basic knowledge of: Recruitment and selection processes
• Comfortable using: Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
