Your Tasks

• Implementation of the Compliance Monitoring Program by conducting audits and inspections in accordance with the approved audit plan.
• Coordinating regular meetings with the Compliance Monitoring Manager (Flight Ops) and the responsible Nominated Persons.
• Monitoring of the implementation and effectiveness of preventive and corrective actions through the follow-up process.
• Tracking the revisions of regulations, standards and requirements relevant to flight operations.
• Preparing compliance monitoring related reports and statistics to the company management.
• Participating in the preparation of compliance monitoring related manuals, procedures and directives.
• Participating in compliance monitoring related trainings within the company.

Your Profile

• You have prior experience in a flight operations auditing and/or compliance monitoring management position.
• You show problem solving skills and a high degree of independence and self-initiative.
• You have excellent English language skills in reading and writing.
• Experience in business aviation is considered advantageous.
• A CPL/ATPL and actual commercial flight experience is considered advantageous.
• Maltese residency is considered advantageous.
• A valid EU work permit or similar is mandatory

The minimum monthly salary for this position is EUR 3.500 gross (Maltese employment contract). However, the actual salary depends on the monthly number of working hours and your professional qualification and experience.
