The Job

We are currently looking for a Dutch speaking Customer Advisor for a major iGaming company. Here, everyday life is like riding a roller coaster: the tasks can be fast-paced and take unexpected turns, but the atmosphere is always fun! The company primarily deals with online sports betting - and its office is located with a spectacular sea view.

Your responsibilities will include:

Responding to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone

Contacting internal departments in English to resolve customer queries

Thoroughly and efficiently investigating customer issues

Assisting with betting challenges, payments, verifications, and the like

Your qualifications

You are fluent in Dutch and have good communication skills in English

You have proficient computer skills

You have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service

It is preferred, but not required, if you have experience in customer service and/or the iGaming industry
