Description
Acara Solutions is seeking a
FAB Operations Support Technician
to work with our client in Malta, NY.
Pay:
$22/hour
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Job Type:
Contract- through the end of 2025 (likely to extend)
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and restock Flammable (IPA bottles) and PPE cabinets within the Fab
- Upon certification, complete 6S audits with the Fab on production tools and general Fab areas
- Support VIP Fab tours, providing gowning assistance, visitor badges and PPE
- Highlight Gown Room supply shortages to Logistics Team, refill items if needed to avoid run out
- Walk Fab areas and provide feedback when required for tool installation and removal projects

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Be comfortable wearing gown, hood, mask and gloves required to comply with protocol requirements while working 90% of the time inside the Fab
- Attention to detail holding self to meet the highest standard of quality
- Be a leader and advocate for the 6S Program and Protocol standards, lead by example and offer assistance and support as needed to co-workers
