The job
Come and work for the insurance side of this prestigious company. You will be handling claims and take on responsibility for ensuring that claims progress in an orderly and efficient manner. Advising and supporting claims handlers in the daily handling of claims and providing ongoing training to them will also be part of your job. Furthermore, you will work directly with the compliance team to review, handle, and respond to claims whilst also collaborating with external stakeholders such as medical experts. So if you are able to think creatively to both anticipate and solve problems, this job position could be for you.
Your qualifications
You speak and write fluent German and English (any other European language is considered a plus), since you are expected to have the ability to work in a team and have excellent interpersonal skills including strong negotiation and communication skills.
3 years of working experience preferably in the insurance industry.
You are tech-savvy and data-driven with the ability to act on patterns in the numbers.
You are proactive in taking decisions and initiative in the claims handling process, and accurate in reviewing and monitoring claims handling processes.
Ability to work with tight deadline and under pressure environment. Diligence and reliability in the processes and tasks assigned
