A400M Electronic Warfare IVV Engineer (m/f/d) Ihre Aufgaben:

The A400M "Atlas" is the most advanced, proven and certified airlifter available, combining 21st century state-of-the-art technologies to fulfil the current and upcoming armed forces needs. The A400M combines the capability to carry strategic loads with the ability to deliver even into tactical locations with small and unprepared airstrips and can act as a frontline-tanker. One aircraft that can do the work of three - the A400M. For the current and future challenges in definition, development, and integration of Electronic Warfare systems for A400M in Manching, the department is looking for support. The jobholder works as an A400M Electronic Warfare IVV Engineer (f/m/d) and the tasks and responsibilities are:

• Define test plans for certification and qualification
• Define test procedures for laboratory integration and qualification
• Perform integration and qualification tests in laboratory
• Perform re-test of corrective actions with supplier
• Assess and evaluate test results from laboratory tests, ground and flight test campaigns
• Definition and validation of different test means like mission data and other test artefacts
• Supporting to find agile and lean ways of performing engineering activities
• Support system and equipment reviews as IVV representative
• Support discussion with operators and certification authorities (CQP)
• Support for ground test and flight tests campaigns

Ihre Qualifikationen:

• A completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a comparable field at Master’s level, or an equivalent qualification and professional experience acquired through other means
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in IT / information systems and the aerospace industry.
• Testing background is required
• Experience in EW System Integration is needed
• Experience in electronic warfare systems (sensors, countermeasures, avionics, etc.) or associated fields like radar would be a plus
• Business fluent English skills are required, German knowledge is nice to have
• Teamplayer, experience working with other engineers with multicultural and multi nationalities
• High communication skills to interact with primary stakeholders
• Knowledge about the company system development processes (DPA-ABD200) would be a plus
• Capable to cope with high workload in peak phases
