For a project at our well-known, international customer in Manching, we are looking for you as a Landing Gear System Engineer (f/m/d).

TASKS
- Supporting the generation and maturation of Weapon System, Landing Gear System and Equipment-level technical, performance and Certification requirements
- Supporting the end-to-end development of Landing Gear equipment and assemblies
- Support to Landing Gear equipment and assembly integration activities
- Support to planning system/equipment-level Qualification activities and monitoring equipment/assembly-level physical test, modelling & simulation activities
- Supplier management, including oversight of Equipment Supplier performance and technical compliance

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in aerospace at least Bachelor's degree programme or mechanical engineering at least Bachelor's degree programme
- Professional experience in the fields of IT / information systems, aerospace, ideally with experience in landing gear system development
- IT: MS-Office at least in detail. Specialist knowledge in using one or more of the following applications for design, modelling/simulation, requirements capture and project management applications would be an advantage:
- Catia V.0
- MATLAB
- Simulink
- IBM DOORS
- Confluence/Jira
- Language skills: English at least business fluent, German knowledge is nice to have
