Sie entwickeln mechanische Installationslösungen für Luftfahrtsysteme und begleiten den gesamten Designprozess von der Konstruktion bis zur Validierung. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf 3D-CAD-Konstruktion, Dokumentation und technischer Abstimmung.

Ihre Aufgaben

– Konstruktion mechanischer Installationen für Systeme, Komponenten und Baugruppen
– Erstellung von 3D-Modellen und 2D-Zeichnungen mit CATIA V5
– Durchführung von Toleranzanalysen, Kollisionsprüfungen und kinematischen Untersuchungen
– Erstellung von Fertigungs- und Installationsunterlagen einschließlich Stücklisten
– Abstimmung mit Systemtechnik, Analyse, Fertigung und Montage
– Unterstützung bei Verifikation, Reviews und kontinuierlicher Prozessverbesserung

Ihr Profil

– Abgeschlossenes Studium in Luft- und Raumfahrt, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
– Mehrjährige Erfahrung in mechanischer Konstruktion im industriellen Umfeld
– Sehr gute Kenntnisse in CATIA V5 und im Umgang mit PDM-Systemen
– Erfahrung mit komplexen Zeichnungssätzen und Änderungsprozessen
– Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
– Teamorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

You will develop mechanical installation solutions for aircraft systems and support the full design lifecycle from concept to validation. The focus is on 3D CAD design, documentation and cross-functional coordination.

Your tasks

– Design of mechanical installations for systems, components and assemblies
– Creation of 3D models and 2D drawings using CATIA V5
– Execution of tolerance analyses, clash checks and kinematic studies
– Preparation of manufacturing and installation documentation including bill of materials
– Collaboration with engineering, analysis, production and assembly teams
– Support of verification activities, reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Your profile

– Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable
– Several years of experience in mechanical design within an industrial environment
– Strong expertise in CATIA V5 and product data management systems
– Experience with complex drawing sets and change processes
– Fluent German and English
– Structured and team-oriented working style
