Für unseren Kunden AIRBUS suchen wir Sie als Programme/Project Supply Management (m/w/d) – Eurodrone.

In dieser Schnittstellenrolle verbinden Sie Programm- und Beschaffungsfunktion im Eurodrone-Programm. Sie steuern die projektspezifische Umsetzung der Sourcing-Strategie, koordinieren relevante Supply-Management-Disziplinen und liefern belastbare Kosten-, Risiko- und Performance-Transparenz für Projekt und Product Line.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Sicherstellen der Kohärenz zwischen Programm- und Procurement-Themen gemäß Sourcing-Strategien und Projekt-Constraints; Treiben von Tender-Evaluierung sowie Lieferantenauswahl und -verhandlungen aus Projektsicht.

• Koordination der Supply-Management-Funktionen, die das Projekt unterstützen (u. a. Procurement Contract Management, Commodity Management, Supply Chain & Quality Management).

• Sicherstellen, dass Procurement-Prozesse programmseitig korrekt und konsistent angewendet werden.

• Vorbereitung und Einreichung interner Angebote an das Programm inkl. Supply-Management-Commitments (Produktpreise plus Procurement-Aufwände).

• Unterstützung beim Wissensaustausch und Transfer von Lessons Learned zwischen Projekten innerhalb der Product Line/Projekte.

• Erstellung eines konsolidierten Supply-Management-Reportings für Projekt/Product Line (z. B. Hardwarekosten, TCO inkl. Non-Quality-Cost, OQ/OT-Kennzahlen, Issues, Risiken & Chancen).

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Master-/Diplomstudium im Bereich Projektmanagement, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft/Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar.

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement und/oder Supply-Chain/Supply-Management-Umfeld.

• Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse).

• Ausgeprägter Teamgeist, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, Themen klar und auf den Punkt zu bringen.

• Deutsch fortgeschritten, Englisch verhandlungssicher.

Programme/Project Supply Management (m/f/d) – Eurodrone – AIRBUS

For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a Programme/Project Supply Management (m/f/d) – Eurodrone.

In this interface role, you connect Programme and Procurement functions within the Eurodrone programme. You drive sourcing strategy execution from the project perspective, coordinate key supply-management disciplines, and deliver robust cost, risk and performance transparency for project and product line decisions.

Your tasks

• Ensure coherence between Programme and Procurement topics according to sourcing strategies and project constraints; drive tender evaluation and supplier selection/negotiation from the projects’ perspective.

• Coordinate Supply Management functions supporting the project (e.g., Procurement Contract Management, Commodity Management, Supply Chain & Quality Management).

• Ensure procurement processes are correctly and consistently applied in front of the programme.

• Prepare and submit internal offers to the programme detailing Supply Management commitments (product prices plus procurement effort).

• Within a Product Line/Project: facilitate exchange of information and lessons learned between projects.

• Issue consolidated Supply Management reporting towards Project/Product Line (hardware cost, TCO incl. non-quality cost, OQ/OT metrics, issues, risks & opportunities).

Your profile

• Master’s/Diploma degree in project management, industrial engineering, business administration/economics or comparable.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in project management and/or supply chain/supply management.

• Advanced MS Office skills.

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills and ability to get straight to the point.

• Advanced German; fluent business English.
