Deine Aufgaben

• Sizing of structural parts, components and installations made from metal and carbon fiber materials using state of the art analysis tools, FEM techniques and classic handbook methods
• Trade off analysis for design solutions and structural concepts
• Analysis of mechanical systems and equipment integration
• Preparation of analysis reports and statements to support airframe qualification
• Assessment of damages and development of repairs for in-service A/C Support to manufacturing and assembly lines and evaluation of concessions and nonconformities
• Communication to relevant stakeholders and adjacent departments

Dein Profil

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness for teamwork with various interfaces to other disciplines
• Mindestens Master/Diplom-Studiengang in Luft- und Raumfahrt oder Äquivalent
• Mindestens verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
• Mindestens verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Ingenieur in der Flugzeugstrukturanalyse ist erforderlich
• Erfahrung in der Spannungsanalyse von Rohrleitungsarbeiten oder Stoßsimulationen ist ein Plus
• Gute Kenntnisse von Standard-Spannungsanalysemethoden (z.B. HSB, Bruhn, ESDU, Roark & Young) sind obligatorisch
• Solide Erfahrung in der Anwendung spezifischer Spannungsanalyse- und FEM-Tools (z.B. Nastran, Hyperworks etc.) sollte vorhanden sein
