Bachelor/Master Thesis (d/f/m) in "Implementation of Multiple Hypothesis Tracking”

Your tasks and responsibilities

The goal of this work is to implement a MHT algorithm in a modular fashion, such that it can be combined with different estimation algorithms and used in various problem formulations.

The work will include:

• Implementation of MHT in C++ and/or Java

• Modularization of the implemented software

• Implementation of unit tests for the implemented software

• Validation of the implemented software in various simulated scenarios

Desired skills and qualifications

• Enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics or similar.

• Good skills in software development (C++ / Java)

• Familiar with or interested in probability theory & statistics

• Familiar with version control software, e.g. Git

• Good English and/or German language skills

• Team player
