Airbus Defence and Space is searching for a

Working Student (d/f/m) in an engineering department to support facility management in the engineering building

Definition working student

Working students are students who are enrolled at a University or some other institution of higher education, and who are employed in a reasonably long, fixed-term position parallel to their studies. This position must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis.

This employment usually takes place directly on the company's premises. A working student's main focus remains on their studies, which is why, during term-time, working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week.

Working students therefore usually work near their place of study, so as to conveniently combine studying and employment.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Office Space Coordination: Plan and coordinate the allocation of teams across different floors to ensure optimal setup for current and future organizational changes.

• Google Dashboard Development: Create and implement a new Google Dashboard that visualizes the entire building and displays essential information such as the locations of fire extinguishers, availability of first aid kits and current task lists.

• Support in Daily Operations: Assist with general administrative tasks in the facilities management area.

• Collaboration between the departments and the possible setup: Work with different teams to ensure all requirements and safety regulations are met.

Desired skills and qualifications

• Enrolled full-time student in the area of engineering, software development, physics or an equivalent field of study.

• First practical experience with Google Dashboard.

• Fluent in English

• Be self-employed

• Teamplayer

• Like to communicate with a lot of people
