Your secret weapons…

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training as a financial accountant
• Several years of experience in accounts receivable, confident in invoicing, dunning and payment transactions
• Confident handling of DATEV and accounting according to HGB
• Good MS Office and Excel skills for the analysis and optimization of financial processes
• Very good knowledge of German (C1) for coordination with customers and partners
• Structured, precise and independent way of working
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills for process optimization

Your mission…

• Responsibility for accounts receivable management: checking and booking incoming payments for correct accounting and OP control
• Efficient dunning process and clarification of open items to minimize payment defaults
• Communication with customers and internal locations for quick clarification and efficient processes
• Creation of customer invoices
• Collaboration with external service providers and internal teams to improve accounting processes
• Support with process optimization to increase efficiency and digital transformation
