Mannheimer Parkhausbetriebe GmbH (MPB) is one of the largest service providers for parking services in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region. We look after, operate and manage our own parking facilities as well as those of the City of Mannheim and private owners. MPB is a full-service provider in the parking sector with its own administration, parking garage control center, technical department and the corresponding service personnel. On-street parking areas and parking areas for events are also managed.

YOUR TASKS

• Project management for the new construction of parking facilities
• Maintenance and repair of park properties
• Coordination and processing of construction damage cases
• Commenting on projects from a planning, technical and economic perspective

YOUR PROFILE

• completed university degree (Dipl. Ing. TU/Uni, Master) in the fields of architecture, urban planning, monument conservation or a degree as Dipl. Ing. (FH)/Bachelor architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification
• Independence and initiative
• Confident appearance and communication skills
• Relevant professional experience is an advantage
• Driving license class B
