• Experience in a comparable position or additional qualification in hospitality management
• Strong leadership personality with a role model function
• High level of commitment and motivation
• Goal- and result-oriented way of working
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills and expressiveness
• Ability to articulate yourself clearly and convincingly
• Convincing and confident appearance
• Knowledge of French is required
• Residence in the Trier area in order to be able to reach all locations in the best possible way

• Key role in day-to-day operations and reliable support in daily operations
• Ready for action and mobile – also nationwide – on the road with the company’s own vehicle
• Competent contact person for guests, contractual partners and employees on site
• An open ear for concerns, proactive communication and solution-oriented action
