Your Duties:

• Lead and develop the sales organization, ensuring sustainable revenue growth
• Manage and mentor a team of five employees (including marketing)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders worldwide
• Represent the company at international trade fairs, product demonstrations and events
• Drive operational and sales excellence and ensure efficient sales processes
• Collaborate closely with technical experts and cross-functional teams

Your Qualifications:

• Proven track record in a sales leadership role
• International sales experience, ideally in complex and high-tech environments
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Technical affinity is an advantage
• Hands-on mentality and strong organizational skills
• Fluent English (negotiation level) and good German skills
• High willingness to travel internationally
