Position Overview:
As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing complex programs that drive our strategic objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to manage multiple IT and software deployment projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations. You will serve as the main point of contact for our key customers, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple large-scale IT and software deployment programs, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Engage with key customers to understand their requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned on project progress and challenges.
• Utilize your technical expertise to provide insights and recommendations that enhance project outcomes, while remaining open to learning and applying new technologies and best practices.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Natural Sciences, or a related field.
• A solid understanding of battery manufacturing and related supply chain processes is a desirable asset.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on overseeing complex, multi-project programs that deliver strategic outcomes—ideally within IT, manufacturing, metals & chemicals, or the automotive sector.
• Proven ability to spearhead and lead new initiatives, including establishing new capabilities and developing new areas of expertise within an organization, particularly in emerging markets or market segments.
• Fluency in German is a plus. English is mandatory.
• Strong customer management skills with a track record of building and maintaining effective customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and manage multicultural, cross-functional teams, including in-house resources and partner organizations.
• Technical knowledge in cloud solutions or software development is a plus but not mandatory.
