Sales Support Specialist - Customer SuppKey responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute actively to customer satisfaction. As the first point of contact for incoming customer enquiries, whether by phone or email, you will be responsible for their structured acceptance, documentation and forwarding to the relevant departments. Processing internal orders will be carried out within a clearly defined service catalogue, and close coordination with sales, service and other interfaces will ensure smooth processing.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Processing incoming customer requests regarding technical issues, support assignments, spare parts orders and sales requests, including systematic recording and documentation in Salesforce, and forwarding to the relevant departments
Coordinating internal order processing, e.g., creating offers, cost estimates, invoices, and credit notes
Maintaining customer and contract data, processing time recording and timesheets in SAP, and travel expense reports
You will join an open-minded team that supports one another and works together to provide a solution-oriented service for our customers.
Qualifications for the role
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
You are interested in technical and/or commercial processes, and you are comfortable interacting with customers. Ideally, you will already have experience of working with systems such as SAP or Salesforce
You have initial experience in customer service or order processing – career starters or career changers with a commercial qualification are also welcome
You work diligently and in a structured manner, maintaining an overview even when faced with multiple tasks
You communicate fluently in German and have an advantage if you also speak English
