Your Duties:

• Coordinate and align teams across all ITSM processes
• Shape and continuously develop the ITSM roadmap
• Own and govern the IT Change Management process end to end
• Prepare and moderate CAB and ECAB meetings
• Assess risks and impacts and ensure proper rollback and communication planning
• Define, monitor, and improve ITSM KPIs and process performance
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance, including ISO 27001 requirements
• Drive harmonization, standardization, and automation of ITSM processes
• Work closely with service owners and the service desk as a key stakeholder interface
• Actively contribute to ITSM transformation and tool integration initiatives

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in (business) informatics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong ITSM expertise with a clear focus on change management
• Experience in lateral leadership and functional coordination across multiple ITSM processes
• Confident facilitation skills, including conflict resolution and escalation management
• Basic technical understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release strategies
• Familiarity with CMDB concepts and service mapping
• Structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven working style
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
• Excellent English skills, written and spoken
• Confidence in conducting audits and enforcing process compliance
