Between Marburg and Siegen, we are looking for a down-to-earth and friendly cook (m/f/d) (40 hours/week) who enjoys working in the exceptional and warm environment of a stylish castle household. We are looking for a person who enjoys taking care of the physical well-being of the residents and organising the daily culinary routine.

Your tasks:

• Cooking
• Purchasing
• Stockpiling
• Keep order
• Menu planning

Her daily work is centred around the preparation of balanced, fresh meals with Mediterranean cuisine, French cuisine or classic home cooking. Lunch and a light dinner are the culinary centrepiece ? usually for two people, occasionally also for guests, up to a maximum of 12 people. For larger celebrations and invitations, an external caterer is on hand to ensure that the family atmosphere always takes centre stage.

On Friday, you draw up the menu for the following week, which you then coordinate directly with the hostess in a personal meeting on Saturday. Purchasing planning and stocking are entirely in your hands - your organisational skills are just as important here as your flair for quality and freshness. As a rule, you will work from Tuesday to Saturday.
