Your profile:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Naturwissenschaften, Technik, Medizin oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Qualitätswesen / Qualitätsmanagement, Qualitätssicherung oder Regulatory Affairs (bevorzugt Medizintechnik)
- Kenntnisse ISO 13485 erforderlich
- Sehrt gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Visio, ERP-Systemen
- Sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke gepaart mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
- Driving license + car
Your tasks:
- Qualitätsmanagementsystem (Pflege, Weiterentwicklung, Durchsetzung)
- Audits (intern / extern, Planung, Durchführung, Auswertung)
- Dokumentation & Zulassungen (technische Unterlagen, klinische Bewertungen, internationale Regularien)
- Regulatorik (Anforderungen, Behördenkommunikation, Produktentwicklungen, Risikomanagement)
- Führung & Mitarbeiterunterweisung
- Reporting & betriebswirtschaftliche Aufgaben
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit & externe Dienstleister
- Kunden- und Lieferantenkontakte (Reklamationen, PMS)
- Berichtspflicht gegenüber Geschäftsführung
