Ihre Tätigkeiten:
- unterstützt alle Personalprogramme, wie z.B. Vergütung und Sozialleistungen, Arbeitnehmer- und Arbeitsbeziehungen, Leistungsmanagement, Schulung und Entwicklung sowie Personalbeschaffung und -einstellung
- beantwortet Mitarbeiteranfragen zu Personalpolitik und -verfahren
- identifiziert und/oder löst potenzielle Beschwerden
- berät Mitarbeiter in arbeitsbezogenen Fragen
- bereitet die Entgeltabrechnung vor
- ist verantwortlich für die Zeitwirtschaft (Fehlerprotokolle, Korrekturen, Überstundenbearbeitung)
Sie bringen mit:
- mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung als Personalreferent/HR Business Partner/HR Generalist
- mindestens Qualifikation als Personalkaufmann/-frau, idealerweise Bachelor oder Masterabschluss im Bereich HR
- gute Kenntnisse in SAP
- Kenntnisse in Workday wünschenswert
- Deutschkenntnisse: mind. C1
- Englischkenntnisse: mind. B2 (C1 wünschenswert, Konzernsprache Englisch)
