Job Responsibilities:
Prägende Arbeitsaufgabe
- Eigenständige Durchführung von Reparaturen und Wartungsarbeiten an Automationen, Schleifzellen, Montageanlagen etc.
- Kontrolle und Dokumentation durchgeführter Wartungen und Reparaturen, die eigenständig oder durch Produktions- bzw. Instandhaltungspersonal erledigt wurden
- Festlegen eines Wartungskonzepts für Automationen
- Organisation, Beauftragung und Betreuung von Fremdfirmen zur Durchführung wiederkehrender (z.B. jährlich) Wartungs- und Kalibrierarbeiten und anschließendes Dokumentieren und Auswerten der Ergebnisse
- Betreuen des Ersatzteilbestandes
- Ersatzteilbestellung nach Stückliste, Skizze oder Zeichnung veranlassen
- Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung an den o.g. Anlagen ggf. unter Verwendung von Diagnosesystemen
- Durchführung von größeren Reparaturen auch unter Rücksprache mit dem Maschinenhersteller
- Analyse und Bewertung von Störfällen und Festlegen von Maßnahmen selbstständig und unter Rücksprache mit den Vorgesetzten
- Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung und Endabnahme von Automationsanlagen, Schleifzellen etc.
- Betreuung der Fremdfirmen beim Aufbau von Neuanlagen
Bewertungsbegründung/Anforderung
- Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten, wie sie in der Regel durch eine einschlägige, mindesten 3-jährige abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (z.B. Industriemechaniker) und qualifizierte Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder erweiterte fachspezifische Zusatzqualifikation erworben werden.
- Alternativ können die Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten auch auf andere Weise erworben werden z.B. durch eine Meisterausbildung und fachspezifischer Zusatzqualifikation
