The Role:
This opportunity is ideal for an Employment Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) looking to progress their career within a leading regional practice that handles complex and meaningful work for both individual and Trade Union clients.
You will be involved in a range of employment law matters, including litigated and non-litigated work, Settlement Agreements, and advisory support through the firm's Advice Line. There will also be opportunities to work closely with senior lawyers on high-value claims.
An understanding of financial performance, billing, and case profitability will also be developed as part of your responsibilities, with full training and support provided.
Requirements:

• Valid, clean Practicing Certificate
• NQ-3 years PQE with prior employment litigation exposure
• Excellent communication, client care, and time management skills
• Ability to exercise sensitivity, confidentiality, and initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Business-minded with a commitment to quality and compliance
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and case management systems
