Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an office clerk (m/f/d), office communication clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or comparable
- Initial professional experience in an industrial environment, ideally in human resources
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written
- Teamwork skills, strong communication skills and a careful and independent working style
- Driving license and car to reach the place of work
Your tasks:
- Carrying out administrative tasks in the human resources department
- Supporting colleagues (m/f/d) and completing supporting work for them
- Receiving phone calls
- Making appointments
- Processing of written and telephone inquiries
- Maintaining the database
