Your profile:
- Successfully completed business administration studies or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in human resources / HR, ideally in the manufacturing industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of BEM procedures as well as labor, social security and collective bargaining law.
- Confident use of MS Office applications
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Careful, structured and independent working style
- Strong communication skills, high social skills and loyalty
Your tasks:
- Contact person for specialists and managers (m/f/d) in all personnel-related matters
- Active support of the HR Manager in daily business
- Operational HR work and support of on- and off-boarding processes
- Planning, implementation and support of personnel measures
- interface to payroll accounting and external service providers
- Trustful and constructive cooperation with the works council
- Active participation in various HR projects and reporting
