Your Mission & Tasks:

• Strategic AI Scouting: Proactively identify and map existing processes to pinpoint AI-driven automation opportunities (e.g., chatbots, RPA, self-learning agents) leveraging advanced data science methods like Process Mining. Prioritize "big rocks" and "quick wins" that deliver the most significant impact.
• AI Product Management: Be an AI product portfolio manager by closely collaborating with Business and our AI experts to detail specific AI use cases and conceptualize "AI Product" solutions that address multiple needs with impact.
• Digital Roadmap Shaping: Co-develop and strategically refine our AI project pipeline, integrating AI-driven process redesign and our AI products across the entire value chain. Prioritize initiatives based on their potential to eliminate repetitive tasks, improve output, or scale operations.
• Business-IT Bridging: Evaluate, conceptualize, and guide the implementation of advanced AI and digital solutions from a Business point of view. Act as a crucial interface, ensuring seamless AI integration to achieve documented benefits and organizational efficiency.
• Adoption & Training: Establish innovative, AI-enhanced digital processes. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Process Owners on AI-driven automation principles, tools, and methodologies, including business case development.

Your Profile:

• Educational Background: Completed studies in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Business Administration with a quantitative and technical focus.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum three years in data-driven process analysis and optimization/redesign with digital tools, including at least one year identifying and implementing AI automation solutions. Consulting experience is a plus.
• AI Expertise: Profound understanding and practical experience with AI technologies (chatbots, RPA, self-learning agents) and their application for efficiency gains.
• Analytical Prowess: Excellent analytical skills, quick comprehension, and structured presentation of complex business and technical contexts. Experience with process modeling (BPMN 2.0) and data-driven analysis.
• Technical Acumen: Good system and process knowledge in areas like sales, administration, or production, ideally with SAP S/4HANA experience. Familiarity with statistical methods, analytical tools (SQL/BigQuery, Google Analytics), foundational programming (e.g. R, Python), and cloud environments.
• Key Competencies: Fluency in English, strong problem-solving skills, proactivity, assertiveness, and experience with project and change management methodologies. Fluency in German is a Plus.
