Your mission & challenges

As a 3D Generalist in our Creative Content Team, you will work on the development of high-quality 3D visualizations, cinematics, and assets. Everything you create will support a wide range of sales and marketing initiatives that are critical to our marketing strategy.

Your main tasks include:

• You develop and implement high-quality CG imagery, emotional films, and real-time assets that support the marketing team, with a primary focus on creative 3D content for social media, VR/AR/XR experiences, and other marketing materials.
• You create tailor-made visuals that effectively communicate our products, vision, aesthetics, and features.
• You create, manage, and optimize your 3D assets — including with the help of AI tools — for high-quality stills and cinematics.
• You set up and optimize shaders and lighting for real-time environments.
• You handle time and budget constraints confidently, delivering the best possible results as the owner of your assets.
• You ensure the visual and technical quality of your assets and take full responsibility for them.
• You proactively develop our CG pipeline and workflows.
• You collaborate closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external 3D specialists to ensure smooth execution and successful project delivery.
• You support your colleagues in overcoming challenges and create an inspiring work environment by fostering creativity and openness.

What we can look forward to

You are passionate about technology and want to make the world a better place. You are driven by a problem-solving mindset and bring the following skills:

• Several years of experience in 3D visualization, the entertainment industry, an agency, or a related field.
• Strong generalist skills in modeling, texturing, and animation.
• Confident use of 3D tools such as 3ds Max or similar, and render engines such as VRay — real-time/Unreal is a plus.
• A passion for creating 3D content that resonates emotionally with people.
• High creativity and the drive to bring your ideas to life.
• A trained artistic eye for detail, lighting, color, and composition.
• A portfolio showcasing high-quality visualizations.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• The ability to translate complex briefs into compelling and creative concepts.
