Your mission & challenges
Ready to support a fast-moving AI organization at scale? Together, we advance the next generation of cognitive robotics, with you ensuring clarity, focus, and operational consistency.
- Strategic alignment: You translate AI research and engineering progress into clear roadmaps, updates, and decision materials for leadership.
- Execution tracking: You monitor key initiatives, surface risks early, and ensure priorities move forward across the department.
- Operational excellence: You refine planning cadences and team workflows to support efficient execution within the AI organization.
- Technical communication: You create high-quality presentations and briefs that make complex AI and robotics topics understandable and actionable.
- Cross-functional coordination: You work closely with researchers, robotics engineers, and product teams to maintain alignment and reduce friction.
- Leadership support: You prepare meetings, structure topics, and follow up on action items to keep the organization focused.
What we can look forward to
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, technical management, business informatics, or a comparable field with strong technical affinity
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to structure ambiguous topics clearly
- Experience in strategy, operations, consulting, product, or R&D environments
- Proven ability to create clear, executive-ready presentations and documents
- Comfortable working with technical teams (AI or robotics exposure is a plus)
- Highly structured, proactive, and reliable working style
Team spirit, initiative, and willingness to take ownership - Excellent English and German skills
