Your mission & challenges

Together, we are taking the step into a new era of cognitive robots:

• Development and implementation of a strategy for actuators
• Definition of technology and product roadmaps
• Steering development in the field of actuators
• KPI tracking
• Optimization of cost, quality, and performance of actuators
• Identification of market trends in the robotics sector

What we can look forward to

• Completed degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, robotics, or a similar field (Master’s or PhD)

• Several years (10+ years) of professional experience in the development and industrialization of actuators

• Strong knowledge in:

• Electric motors (BLDC, servo, and torque motors)

• Gear technologies (cycloidal gears, planetary gears, harmonic drives, etc.)

• Power electronics / embedded systems

• Control engineering / motion control

• Experience in prototype development and series (mass) production

• Experience in robotics (humanoids, cobots, industrial robots)

• Proven experience in leading interdisciplinary R&D teams

• Experience in building and scaling business units

• Strong competencies in:

• Strategic planning

• Budget responsibility

• KPI management

• Ability to translate technical visions into market-ready products

• Interfaces (collaboration with):

• Purchasing & supply chain

• Production

• Other business units: 4NE1, Arms, MiPA, etc.

• Robot core software

• Certification & safety

• Testing
