You assist in establishing standardized manufacturing, logistics, and quality processes and create and maintain related process documentation, such as work instructions, SOPs, and process maps.
You participate in lean and continuous improvement initiatives and conduct smaller analyses, for example on lead times, material flow, or OEE.
You support the development and implementation of optimization measures to improve efficiency and quality.
You support the COO Office in preparing decision-making materials, reports, and presentations.
You structure and prepare strategic and operational topics for the leadership team and contribute to the preparation and follow-up of management workshops.
