Über diesen Job
Welcome to NEURA Robotics, the innovator of the robotics world. Our goal is to equip collaborative robots with groundbreaking cognitive capabilities to enable safe and intuitive collaboration with humans. Under the leadership of founder David Reger, we have spent the first years of NEURA Robotics laying the foundations for humans and robots to work hand in hand.
"We serve humanity" is not just a motto, but our mission. Become part of our ambitious, international company and shape the future of robotics with us.
Welcome to NEURA Robotics - where innovation meets team spirit.
Your mission & challenges
Support the COO Office in building, scaling, and professionalizing the production (Assembly) as well as in further developing key company processes. Your focus will be on operational project management and the structured implementation of initiatives that enable our exponential growth.
- You support the planning and execution of projects aimed at scaling production by conducting capacity and resource analyses and actively contributing to structured project management.
- You coordinate collaboration between production, purchasing, supply chain, R&D, and quality management and ensure transparency through the continuous tracking of project progress, risks, and relevant KPIs.
- You contribute to the implementation and further development of company-wide processes.
- You identify bottlenecks and develop appropriate improvement measures.
- You support the establishment of standardized manufacturing, logistics, and quality processes and ensure sustainable process documentation by creating and maintaining work instructions, SOPs, and process maps.
- You actively participate in lean initiatives and conduct smaller analyses on key metrics such as OEE, lead times, or material flow.
- You derive well-founded improvement proposals from your analyses and support the implementation of these measures to ensure the continuous optimization of operational processes.
- You support the COO Office in preparing sound decision-making materials, creating structured reports and presentations, and preparing complex topics in a clear and target-oriented manner for the leadership team.
- You assist in the preparation and follow-up of management workshops, thereby contributing to the effective steering of key company initiatives.
What we can look forward to
- You have a completed degree in industrial engineering, production technology, or a comparable field, and you have already gained initial practical experience through internships, student positions, or trainee programs, ideally in production, supply chain, industrial engineering, or project management.
- You ideally also bring knowledge in the robotics or electronics field, which helps you quickly understand technical interconnections.
- You have basic knowledge of both classical and agile project management and have already gained initial experience with Lean methods, 5S, or value stream analysis.
- You understand production processes in areas such as assembly, quality, logistics, and material flow, and you are able to perform simple data analyses independently using tools like Excel or Google Sheets, with knowledge of PowerBI considered an advantage.
- You are eager to learn and enjoy building new structures while actively contributing to process development.
- You work analytically and in a structured way, are flexible, and approach tasks proactively, acting independently with a hands-on mentality.
- You are strong in communication, practice effective stakeholder management, and are a reliable team player who remains resilient, pragmatic, and focused even in a fast-growing environment.
What you can look forward to
- Become part of an agile company, actively shape topics and benefit from flat hierarchies in a highly motivated team
- Enjoy an attractive salary, flexible working hours and 30 days of vacation
- The freedom to contribute your own ideas and drive them forward
- Celebrate successes together with company events
- Take advantage of our corporate benefits program
- And even more fun with great colleagues
