Your mission & challenges

We are looking for a motivated intern who, with curiosity and passion, will support legal matters in an innovative technology company and actively contribute to creating safe and future-oriented solutions.

Your main tasks include:

• Conduct research on various legal issues, including corporate law, IT law, and AI law.
• Support the review, drafting, and negotiation of national and international contracts.
• Assist in developing and reviewing internal policies and processes.
• Support the identification and assessment of legal risks.
• Provide general administrative support to the legal team.

What we can look forward to

• Enrolled student in Business Law, Law, or a comparable field.
• Strong interest in technology law, particularly IT law, AI law, and international contract law.
• Analytical thinking, with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Confident use of MS Office.
• Experience with legal tech tools is a plus.
