Your mission & challenges
At NEURA Robotics, we are shaping the industry of tomorrow. As part of our journey from a start-up to a global scale-up, not only are our robotic solutions growing, but so are the demands for efficient, scalable, and modern logistics.
In your master’s thesis, you will develop a strategic warehouse concept for our current and future locations in the Reutlingen area as well as across Germany. Your work will directly contribute to preparing our supply chain for the company’s growth.
Your main tasks include:
Analysis of existing warehouse locations
Examine current warehouse spaces, processes, material flows, inventory levels, and roles at each site.
- Assessment of logistical requirements
Evaluate the needs of our product areas – from raw materials and semi-finished goods to finished products. - Development of an integrated warehouse concept
Design a location strategy: What will be stored where in the future? Which inventories belong in external warehouses, and which should remain close to production? - Derivation of a warehouse and supply strategy for growth
Define an efficient and flexible warehousing strategy that supports both series production and rapid growth.
What we can look forward to
- Studies in logistics, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a comparable field
- Practical experience in warehouse logistics; with relevant experience, a bachelor’s thesis is also possible
- Enthusiasm for warehouse logistics and logistics concepts
- Analytical thinking, a structured way of working, and the ability to present complex relationships clearly
- Motivation to work on a real business case in a dynamic high-tech environment
- Independence, initiative, and a willingness to take responsibility for a strategically important topic
