We're looking for a Manager Global Image Production (m/f/d) to join our team.

What you can expect:

• Preparation of product photo shoots, videos and post-production needs for the BOSS and HUGO brands.
• Organization of pre-production meetings and support for the shootings.
• On set visual art direction of PDP images, capsules and special projects.
• Select model talent from approved model pool per project, brand and budget.
• Lead the onset team in consistently achieving highest quality brand specific imagery.
• Capture File Management, final selection, cropping, upload and QC within capture and photo management software.
• Responsible for compliance with product and production deadlines.
• Further development of the Brand-Gender-Line visual language in close cooperation with internal departments and through market observation and analysis.
• Documentation and maintenance of general image and production specifications in the HUGO BOSS Style Guide.
• Responsible for compliance with budget specifications and KPI's.
• Ability to work with Industry standard software ie, Capture One, Creative Force.
• Maintenance of a model pool with a special focus on diversity

Please note: due to the nature of this role, regular in-office presence is essential. This position requires you to be on-site five days a week.

Your profile:

• 2-3 years’ experience in a comparable position
• Very good business and product-related knowledge, possibly agency or brand experience
• Very good knowledge of conflict management and negotiation skills
• Experience with agile projects in international teams
• Solution-oriented communication skills, readiness for proactive networking within and outside the company,
• Reliable organizational talent with an affinity for trends, fashion and photography
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is mandatory)
