Über diesen Job
Welcome to NEURA Robotics, the innovator of the robotics world. Our goal is to equip collaborative robots with groundbreaking cognitive capabilities to enable safe and intuitive collaboration with humans. Under the leadership of founder David Reger, we have spent the first years of NEURA Robotics laying the foundations for humans and robots to work hand in hand.
"We serve humanity" is not just a motto, but our mission. Become part of our ambitious, international company and shape the future of robotics with us.
Welcome to NEURA Robotics - where innovation meets team spirit.
Your mission & challenges
As a Project Manager within PMI, you drive the successful integration of acquisitions across all relevant business areas – analytically, operationally, and cross-functionally. Your main tasks include:
- Support M&A transactions as well as end-to-end post-merger integration (PMI) projects for acquisitions and strategic investments – from Day 1 readiness and 100-day plans to full operational integration.
- Conduct analyses and maintain synergy and KPI trackers; professionally prepare status reports and decision-making documents for the C-level (including controlling-related tasks).
- Work closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, IT, Sales & Service to identify and implement quick wins throughout the PMI process.
- Support the design of the Target Operating Model and process documentation (PMI playbooks); scale best practices.
- Take on PMO responsibilities across various workstreams: scheduling, minute-taking, milestone and risk tracking.
- Provide support – where possible – in IT and data integration: data validation, migration trackers.
- Create business cases, benchmarks, as well as market and competitive analyses to support prioritization and success measurement.
- Actively contribute to change management initiatives for example by preparing presentations, FAQs, town hall materials, and supporting the target company.
- Contribute to both pre- and post-deal activities (for example VDR preparation, data requests, initial integration hypotheses).
What we can look forward to
- Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Corporate Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in M&A, PMI, Corporate Development, or Strategy Consulting.
- Initial hands-on and subject matter experience in cross-functional project work, PMO fundamentals, and a highly structured working style.
- Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint (target group–oriented presentations), and tools such as SharePoint.
- Experience with collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Teams); familiarity with VDRs or deal databases is a plus.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Hands-on mentality, eagerness to learn, strong team spirit, willingness to travel occasionally, and a high level of commitment.
What you can look forward to
- Become part of an agile company, actively shape topics and benefit from flat hierarchies in a highly motivated team
- Enjoy an attractive salary, flexible working hours and 30 days of vacation
- The freedom to contribute your own ideas and drive them forward
- Celebrate successes together with company events
- Take advantage of our corporate benefits program
- And even more fun with great colleagues
We are looking forward to meeting you and shaping the future of robotics together. Are you in?
