Your mission & challenges
You don’t just want to measure and inspect – you want to actively shape the quality of our products. As a Quality Technician, you play a central role in ensuring our quality standards, from incoming goods inspections to process analysis and improvement. With your eye for detail, technical understanding, and hands-on mentality, you make sure that quality is not only maintained but continuously enhanced.
- You conduct incoming goods inspections according to test plans and technical drawings to ensure that all materials meet quality requirements.
- You plan and execute initial sample inspections and carefully document the results.
- You operate and program measurement and testing equipment, such as coordinate measuring machines, optical measurement systems, or manual measuring tools.
- You evaluate measurement results, analyze them, and systematically document your findings.
- You create and maintain test reports, inspection plans, and measurement protocols to ensure transparent traceability.
- You support root cause analyses of quality deviations and oversee corrective and improvement measures.
- You work closely with production, development, and suppliers to achieve optimal solutions.
- You ensure that all quality standards, norms, and internal requirements are consistently met.
What we can look forward to
- You have completed a technical training, for example as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or in a comparable field.
- You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in metrology and quality assurance.
- You have completed further training as a metrology technician and possess strong skills in reading technical drawings and tolerances.
- You have experience with first article inspections and standard quality methods.
- You are proficient with measuring equipment and familiar with CMM software such as Zeiss CALYPSO, Hexagon PC-DMIS, or Renishaw MODUS.
- Ideally, you have completed AUKOM metrology technician training. You work in a structured, precise, and quality-conscious manner.
- Additionally, you have good written and spoken German and English skills.
What you can look forward to
- Become part of an agile company, actively shape topics and benefit from flat hierarchies in a highly motivated team
- Enjoy an attractive salary, flexible working hours and 30 days of vacation
- The freedom to contribute your own ideas and drive them forward
- Celebrate successes together with company events
- Take advantage of our corporate benefits program
- And even more fun with great colleagues
