Your mission & challenges:
Is quality more than just a checkpoint for you – is it your personal standard? Do you enjoy working with precision, analyzing technical details, and contributing to high-quality products? Then join a dedicated team where your expertise in metrology and quality assurance makes a real impact.
Your responsibilities include:
- Perform incoming goods inspections according to inspection plans and technical drawings
- Plan and carry out first article inspections (FAI), including proper documentation
Operate and program measuring and testing equipment (e.g. CMM, optical measurement systems, handheld measuring tools) - Evaluate, analyze, and document measurement results
- Create and maintain inspection reports, inspection plans, and measurement protocols
- Support root cause analysis as well as corrective and continuous improvement actions
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, norms, and internal requirements
What we can look forward to:
- Completed technical vocational training (e.g. industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or comparable qualification)
- 3–5 years of professional experience in metrology and/or quality assurance
- Additional qualification or training as a metrology technician
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and tolerances
- Experience with first article inspections and common quality methods
- Proficient in the use of measurement equipment and CMM software (e.g. Zeiss CALYPSO, Hexagon PC-DMIS, Renishaw MODUS, or similar)
- Certification or training as an AUKOM metrology technician
- Structured, precise, and quality-oriented working style
- Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
