Your mission & challenges:

Is quality more than just a checkpoint for you – is it your personal standard? Do you enjoy working with precision, analyzing technical details, and contributing to high-quality products? Then join a dedicated team where your expertise in metrology and quality assurance makes a real impact.

Your responsibilities include:

• Perform incoming goods inspections according to inspection plans and technical drawings
• Plan and carry out first article inspections (FAI), including proper documentation
  Operate and program measuring and testing equipment (e.g. CMM, optical measurement systems, handheld measuring tools)
• Evaluate, analyze, and document measurement results
• Create and maintain inspection reports, inspection plans, and measurement protocols
• Support root cause analysis as well as corrective and continuous improvement actions
• Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, norms, and internal requirements

What we can look forward to:

• Completed technical vocational training (e.g. industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or comparable qualification)
• 3–5 years of professional experience in metrology and/or quality assurance
• Additional qualification or training as a metrology technician
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and tolerances
• Experience with first article inspections and common quality methods
• Proficient in the use of measurement equipment and CMM software (e.g. Zeiss CALYPSO, Hexagon PC-DMIS, Renishaw MODUS, or similar)
• Certification or training as an AUKOM metrology technician
• Structured, precise, and quality-oriented working style
• Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
