In Retail Customer Care, we are the interface between customers and HUGO BOSS. You are the first point of contact for our end customers, assisting and advising them at every stage of their customer journey. You will handle a wide range of customer inquiries about products, orders, delivery and complaints via phone and e-mail (ticket-system) at first level.

You will support the Core Team in various areas, such as administrative tasks.

The Temp / Supporter Position is limited to 4 months, from November 2025 - February 2026.

What you can expect:

• You are the first point of contact for our end customers across all sales channels and common communication channels (telephone and e-mail) at first level.
• You support the team with the handling of a wide range of questions about our products, processes, orders and complaints
• In Retail Customer Care, we are the interface between customers and HUGO BOSS. In order to constantly improve the customer journey and customer experience.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial training and first relevant work experience
• Very good language and communication skills in English, one other European language would be a plus
• Interest in fashion and trends
• A strong customer focus and a strong team player mentality
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative approach
• Good knowledge and confident handling of common hardware and software as well as a strong technical affinity
• Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts (5-day week between Mon-Sat. 8am-6pm) and in seasonal business (sale phases)
