HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

We are seeking our International HR Digital & Data Director to lead the International HR Digital & Data team at Cartier, spearheading innovation and excellence across people analytics, digital HR solutions, and digital transformation to enhance employee experience and drive business performance. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the Cartier HR digital strategy, ensuring alignment with Richemont's strategy and operating model..

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

PEOPLE ANALYTICS

• Develop and implement the Maison's People Analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the creation of advanced, robust, and sustainable people analytics dashboards, leveraging our people data to provide actionable insights and support business performance.
• Drive the democratization of people analytics, empowering HR and business stakeholders with access to relevant workforce insights and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Partner with the Richemont Group HR People Analytics team to accelerate deliveries and capitalize on Group practices and recommendations.
• Oversee HR data platform management, securing compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies leveraging data lake architecture.
• Establish and maintain data stewardship practices to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all HR systems and processes.

HR DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

• Lead Cartier's global multi-year HR digital transformation program in close partnership with Richemont Group teams, ensuring Cartier's specific needs are fully integrated.
• Drive the Cartier HR Digital roadmap, ensuring successful Workday implementation and adoption, with a strong focus on change management and user adoption strategies.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of complementary digital HR solutions that meet the needs of the business.

PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT AND PMO

• Establish and maintain a robust portfolio management framework for all International HR initiatives.
• Ensure the use of project management methodologies and best practices across the team, with a focus on AGILE and Product Management following Group’s recommendations.
• Leverage the use of Monday.com to provide transparency on all International HR initiatives, enabling effective prioritization against strategic objectives.

TEAM LEADERSHIP

• Lead and manage a team of experts, providing clear direction and strategic vision.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Establish a collaborative and high-performing team environment, encouraging innovation, knowledge sharing, and mutual support.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members, ensuring alignment with team and organizational goals.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience in leading and managing HR digital transformation initiatives in a global organization.
• Strong understanding of people analytics principles and practices.
• Understanding of AI principles and applications in HR, with the ability to identify and implement AI-powered solutions for improved efficiency and effectiveness
• Experience with Workday implementation and other HRIS systems.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Experience with agile project management methodologies and product management best practices..
• Experience in Luxury Retail Industry is a plus
