Your profile:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen oder gewerblichen Beruf
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Produktions- oder Schichtteams
- Durchsetzungsstarke, kontrollierende Persönlichkeit, die auch schwierige Situationen souverän meistert
- Hohe Entscheidungsfreude und Fähigkeit zur schnellen, lösungsorientierten Problemlösung
- Organisationstalent, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Belastbarkeit
- Kommunikationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und klarer Führungsstil
Your tasks:
- Verantwortliche Leitung der Produktion in der Schicht: Du behältst den gesamten Ablauf im Blick und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe
- Durchsetzungsstarke Führung des Teams, auch bei Widerständen
- Klare Kontrolle von Arbeitsplänen, Produktionszielen und Qualitätsstandards
- Schnelle Eskalationsklärung: Probleme, Störungen und Konflikte werden von dir sofort erkannt, priorisiert und gelöst
- Aktive Steuerung und Motivation des Teams, um Effizienz, Termintreue und Produktivität sicherzustellen
- Schulung, Anleitung und konsequente Betreuung der Mitarbeiter innerhalb der Schicht
- Sicherstellung der Arbeitssicherheit, Qualitätsvorgaben und internen Richtlinien
- Proaktive Kommunikation mit Vorgesetzten, angrenzenden Abteilungen und externen Partnern
