Your tasks:

In your role as Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, management, and implementation of training projects within the DAT Academy. You will work closely with internal specialist teams, external trainers, and DAT's specialist departments to ensure that all measures are implemented efficiently, with high quality, and on time.

Your specific tasks include:

• Management of training projects in the DAT Academy
• Development of training concepts in close coordination with DAT
• Organization and coordination of training measures (including time and resource planning, allocation of the training team)
• Quality assurance of training content and implementation
• Collaboration with internal specialist teams, graphics, didactics and e-learning
• Budget responsibility and reporting to management
• Contact person for customers throughout the entire project duration

Your profile:

• Completed studies in business administration, pedagogy, communication, adult education or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in project management, preferably in a training or agency environment
• Confident appearance and structured and solution-oriented working methods
• Organizational talent and strong communication skills
• Very good written and spoken German (C1) and English (C2) skills
• Confident use of MS Office and common project management tools
• Affinity to digital learning formats and interest in technological developments in the training sector
• Experience in managing external service providers and in customer contact
