What is the Graduate Development Program (GDP)?
The GDP is a two-year rotational program designed to launch your career and accelerate your development within UCB. Across multiple intertwined rotations, you’ll contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate with experts, and gain a comprehensive view of how our organization works to deliver value for patients.
Throughout the program, you will rotate across operational and strategic responsibilities within the COE, while benefiting from structured support, including dedicated coaching from your manager and day-to-day support from a buddy.
You will build future-ready skills in stakeholder management, presentation, problem-solving and operational excellence, while gaining hands-on exposure to Risk & Capabilities activities. This includes monitoring and preparing risk reports, supporting the implementation and maintenance of tools and systems, and contributing to the update and management of policies and SOPs.
As part of UCB’s Early Talent community, you’ll also connect with peers through workshops, site visits, and networking events that enrich your learning and broaden your perspective.
What you need to join – Mandatory requirements
- To fully participate and grow in the program, you must have:
- A recent Master degree in Business Engineering, Administration, Legal, Risk or related
- Early-career status, typically with no more than two years of professional experience
- Fluency in English

What will help you thrive – The qualities we value
You don’t need prior experience in biopharma to succeed, we’re hiring for potential.
