Job description
- You will be responsible for the entire operational procurement process for materials and services, including analysing offers in terms of price, quality, delivery time and sustainability
- You will conduct price and condition negotiations independently within your area of responsibility
- You will handle orders, deadline tracking, dunning and complaint processing in the ERP system (proAlpha)
- As a contact person:You support internal departments and are involved in intercompany matters
- You build and maintain long-term supplier relationships, including evaluations and audits
- You continuously monitor market and price developments
- You optimise and digitalise purchasing processes, ensure a well-maintained master data base
- You are responsible for analysing purchasing KPIs and reporting and actively participate in cost-saving projects
- You are involved in contract and investment projects as well as Group-wide synergy initiatives
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training, ideally as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have at least 5 years of experience in operational purchasing in a production company
- You are confident in using MS Office and ERP systems; proAlpha is an advantage
- strong negotiation and communication skills characterise you
- analytical thinking, assertiveness as well as team and process orientation are a matter of course for you
